Cook Medical launches a new Customer Portal to enhance customer experience


Hong Kong, SAR – Cook Medical is pleased to announce its launch of a new Customer Portal to provide an enhanced digital and self-serve customer experience.

‘The core focus of the Customer Portal is to provide convenience to our customers and offer them a simple, intuitive, and efficient experience’, said Ross Harvey, Vice President, Global Supply Chain. ‘In the era of new normal, we are making changes to be more responsive to the needs of our customers to make it easier for them to fulfil their mission and complete their own work. The Customer Portal is a self-serve option that provides customers that opportunity to access information at their convenience’.

This user-friendly Customer Portal offers many features, some vary depending on region, which give customers information and interactive functions including:

The Customer Portal is available in Australia, Chinese Mainland, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Taiwan, the United States, and Europe, with plans to launch in Japan and Korea later this year.

Interested customers can access the Customer Portal at mycook.cookmedical.com. A customer number will be necessary for access.
