Chennai, India – Cook Medical India has been Great Place to Work-Certified™ by the Great Place to Work® Institute in India. Awarded in March 2022, this certification acknowledges organisations for being an employer of choice. It is considered as the gold standard in identifying and recognising great workplace cultures.

To obtain the certification, Cook India was assessed by the institute, which include a survey called Trust Index© to measure employee experience. And a Culture Audit© that evaluates the quality of people practices within the organisation, including areas like trust, values, and leadership effectiveness. The institute only certifies organisations that achieve a minimum 70% positive responses in the Trust Index survey and abide by the audit norms.
